There is no faceless organisation behind Rieder & Rieder; the two founders personally share responsibility for the business. Andreas Rieder Senior began his career as an entrepreneur with the creation of «Le Patron», a renowned company dedicated to the production of high-quality terrines, pies and pasta. This business idea, coupled with Andreas dynamic personality, generated various secondary companies in the food sector and hundreds of new jobs. Having sold his companies in the food sector, Andreas is now dedicated to a new challenge: helping other entrepreneurs to market their products successfully. In this enterprise, he benefits from his extensive knowledge and wealth of experience – he knows what it takes to satisfy demanding customers.
Andreas Rieder Junior’s expertise lies in service sales, capital goods and the luxury trade. His penchant for the epicurean undoubtedly stems from his background as a trained chef (with a bachelor’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America). Delighting in culinary excellence, his wealth of experience reaches beyond the food sector to include direct sales and distribution across various areas in Asia, Europe, North and Central America. Despite his cosmopolitanism, he has not lost his curiosity and sense of wonder.
